Since you're always using A&A it might have evolved in to an inside joke, a sort of teasing. I always used to tease one of my plates by using baby voice "Boo hoo, lot at me not knowing what thong to wear today", which eventually evolved in to her doing it also whenever I was being grumpy/out of character.

If she's consistently "joking" about breaking up then that's not a shit test, that's a red flag.

Hey man so there is a line between acceptable and non acceptable awalt behaviour. You use AA to respond to AWALT behaviour.

But this is over the line bevahiour. You shouldn’t tolerate this so I would suggest using some conditioning strategies to stem this behaviour. For example punish her when she jokes about leaving you, ignore her, withdraw attention or just straight up leave. The only way to stop an unwanted behaviour is to punish it.

Also rather than use AA, deflect back to her and say in a serious tone. I don’t care if you leave.

If you want to get rid of this behavior and also test the quality of this relationship, next time she does this say “ok, let’s see how this goes” and ghost for two days.

If she doesn’t come back in those two days, break up.

If she does, tell her “next time you start that shit again, we’re done for good”
