Maybe spend a bit on the gym, it seems your confidence is tied to that and let's be honest, it's not that expensive.

A - 3 years? Bullfuckingshit. This is a "I haven't read ANYTHING" question.

B - You have a LDR, not an LTR. You would know these never work. (see A)

C - Quit your stable job. (unemployed is not attractive)

D - Became dependent on HER for your career. (Dependent=child)

E - Stopped taking care of yourself. (lost frame that easy? getting fat=losing attraction)

F - A dip in your post history shows you're an avid gamer. (Again with the childlike things)

It sounds like the problem has more to do with you than her. You admit your business venture is currently lacking success (but this should change around Feb), that you've stopped lifting, and that you're letting things bother you.

First, lifting is an investment in yourself, just as your business is an investment in yourself. Don't prioritize your business at the expense of your health and fitness. You need to be healthy mentally to get your business where you believe it can be. This means stepping away at times and working on fitness, which studies show time and time again impacts mental health. Don't want to put money into fitness? I think it's silly, but regardless, there are things you can do. Running, park gyms, body weight fitness, as one person said a pull up bar, etc. can go a long way. Check craigslist in your area for some kettle bells or dumbells. Buy a pull up bar which you can use for he obvious pull-ups, but also for hanging knee raises, hanging leg raises, L-sits, knees to elbows, etc. Look up open gyms in your area (most areas have gyms where you pay nothing on Saturdays. They may push you to sign up, which you might consider when your business is better if you like the gym).

Second, entrepreneurship is hard. You'll find time and time again stories from entrepreneurs who underestimated the initial difficulties of launching their businesses and gaining customers. If what you're saying is accurate, you've done due diligence and should start seeing financial gain in February. Don't let something so common to entrepreneurs (early difficulties) make other things get to you or make you lose your confidence. Have confidence that you've made a high risk/high reward leap and that with the right effort, it'll pay off. It takes time, but second-guessing yourself, not investing in yourself (foregoing fitness), and letting things get to you during that time will only likely push success further away.

Finally, none of this is your LTR's fault. If you're lacking confidence, nexting a woman who has invested in your business (and potentially losing her company's business), will only lead to lower confidence and more difficulty. That, in turn, will make dating harder as you'll be going into opportunities to meet women doubting your success, bothered by little things.

You need to work on you before you blame things on her.

Edit- I also disagree with those above saying this is a LDR and to follow suit as if it is ("they never work"). I suppose it depends on where you live, but where I'm from you're lucky if it only takes 30 minutes to get some place.
