I know this one girl who has a brother in the military and likes military guys. I posted a picture of instagram dressed in a military uniform for a historical re-enactment group i am in. She asked if I was in they military - knowing that she likes military guys I am thinking of lying to her about it.

The only reason I am making this post is because I mostly speak truthfully to people because I do not particularly care about embellishing my accomplishments and prefer they speak for themselves. HOWEVER, I understand that the rules of love are different as per the saying, "All is fair in love and war".

What is the consensus about this?
