Cold called a girl i've known for a bit but we never talked until the last two weeks. She had been giving almost every IOI I know of and being really flirty. I called her up tried to make a little small talk, that felt awkward so I just asked her what her schedule looks like this weekend because I wanted to get together. She was out of town all weekend so I fumbled my words saying alright maybe another weekend we can figure something out and she asks me, "but why do you want to meet?". I gave an awkward "to hangout or something" then my friend called and I used him to get out of the awkward call. Complete bitch I was.

This was first time I cold called a girl like that, I am usually confident and comfortable with her in person but the phone was a lot harder than I expected. So was that a minor shit test or was I just not direct enough? Both?
