I have been following TRP for a few months now and it has made a world of difference. I have recently moved to a new country where I know very few people, so I have been using Tinder quite heavily to meet women while I build a solid social circle.
I have had a decent amount of success with applying TRP concepts, however I find that about 50% of the time I battle to maintain a high level of interest/involvement after the first date (despite closing at some point during the date and getting enthusiastic responses to physical escalation), in the sense that their enthusiasm for date #2 seems to decrease as time goes on, and I'm not sure how I should go about keeping interest high. After second dates have happened this no longer occurs.
The issue for me here is that I need to strike a balance when it comes to texting. I don't want to not text them at all until I have time for a second date, since their emotional investment is low (given that we've only met once), and I think that it's important to keep building rapport, but I don't want to seem overly eager/pushy either - this is something that I battled with before I found TRP and I have managed to get it more or less under control. Is there an easy way to find a balance here?
Another thing I wanted to ask is how best to go about following up on a date suggestion - for example I've suggested Wednesday or Saturday for date #2 and she tells me that she'll let me know, how and when should I follow up? I'm inclined to be lenient with this (i.e. not take a lack of response as disinterest) since I'm quite a forgetful person myself and it has often happened to me to forget to follow up on things like these - so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
Any input into these matters would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
