I just stand over the toilet and use my regular hair clippers

It's hard to get the balls without nicking yourself, so it can be easier with a safety razor in the shower

But I usually just avoid the balls and do everything else

Dont use your beard trimmer on your balls. You will get cut.

Get an actual hair cutting kit and a Wahl personal area groomer. (they make them for use in the shower and they come with a charging base) Cut the hair as short as you can with the electric hair cutter then get in the shower and lather the area you want to be smooth with hair conditioner for lubrication I also use oil in the groomer, it's smelly but washes off. Otherwise you can get some hair pulling, stand out of the shower stream when doing this use the personal are groomer pull the area you working in right. Move your junk around and keep the area stretched out or the groomer can catch that hurts, then rinse. Do it again a few days later to get the parts you missed. It will take a few times but you'll get it. Don't expect it to be perfect the first time. I usually don't expect to have sex the day I do it. Like I said it takes time to see how it works for you.
