Well. Start Simple.

What to do you do? Your interests? career? hobbies? Wear that shit on your sleeve. Depends on your goals, but girls often look for people of a certain strain. Good filtering for chicks you wont dig. People talk bad about wearing band tees but there are plenty of good ones. Nothing over the top for starters. Wear shit that fits. Do you skate? wear some sk8 hi's. MFA approved.

Don't stick to any set rule, ever. Even fit is debatable. (baggy shit is becoming high fashion) But from a biological standpoint, shit that outlines your MUSCULAR, ALPHA PHYSIQUE^{^TM} is good. Shirt that has the sleeve seams on the precipice of your shoulder, covering half of your bicep only. Tight enough to outline your pecs, but not your 6-pack. Covers half of your zipper. Pants that are slim, but loose enough to do shit comfortably.

Colors. Try and Contrast a bit. Black Jeans=White T. Don't wear too much of one color. Start with Black/White/Grey/Navy/Dark Olive. Those are pretty easy to pull off. Progress into whateverthefuck. Palewave, GothNinja.

Everything is contextual. Setting? Gotta have Confidence. If you can't take a ribbing, Don't wear something abnormal.

If you're a punk, wanna fuck punker sluts, dress like a punk. If you're into vapor neon hipster bitches, dress like a vapor weaboo fuccboi. Want a country girl? Throw on the hat/flannel, strap on some spurs and give er a ride.

This is one area women can actually help you, but see the bottom paragraph for caveats. At 18 I was pretty much autistic with how I dressed. Sneakers were my everyday footwear, and I owned band t-shirts. I still cannot even comprehend how I was able to sleep with girls as a college freshman. One day a girl I was dating basically told me to get my wallet out because we were going to the mall. I think I went up at least 2 SMV points that day. To this day, I get either a girl I'm dating or a girl who's just a friend to help me with my wardrobe at least once a year. Prepare to drop a couple hundred at least, but it's definitely worth it. If you dress conservatively now, don't be afraid to get a little crazier.

One final thing, never, ever, ever bring a girl you are interested in. If I bring a girl I'm dating, it's because I'm about to drop her. Letting her do this is a very beta move. It's a smart beta move that will leave you more attractive to other women, but it will only hurt you with her in the long run. Women only admire improvements they had nothing to do with. The woman you bring will only see you as your old self wrapped up in her work of art. Another thing to try is going and getting the saleswomen to help you. Can be good flirting practice, but keep in mind they're job is to sell clothes, so it might not be honest advice (or honest flirting).

Me:

Chucks, Levis, and a top. If it's hot out, a plain high quality t-shirt. If chilly, a baseball henley or plain T with zip up hoodie. If going out, a nice fitted button up. I own many colours of Chucks. They are like 45 bucks on Amazon and never go out of style. Plus, they look badass. Right now I am wearing high top leather chucks. Black sole and dark Brown leather with Levis and a nice Henley T-shirt. Add nice watch. The end. I shop for shirts and jeans at Nordstrom Rack. But I was always Punk through the 90s and have been wearing Chucks since middle school.
