Switzerland is a very conservative country. They have pretty tough immigration laws, but if you are STEM it can be done relatively easily (Or Turkish and want to open a pizza/kabob place). Obviously, if you are in another Schengen country you can easily immigrate, although you likely won't ever attain swiss citizenship.

I very much like the Swiss and have rather enjoyed my business dealings with them. Having mostly dealt with German-speaking swiss, they also tend to be rather Germanic. Cold, reserved, and not very approachable until you've earned some trust. Then they can be very gregarious and fun people. I've found Swiss women to be very similar.

I love Switzerland and would live there in a heartbeat.
