So there's a girl I met briefly in lab at Uni last year.

After that, now and then, when she sees me she will always say Hi, I'll greet back but no convo.

Fast forward to about a month ago, I find out I am her Lab tutor this year. She and her group have been struggling with some calculations so I had to go over to their work station and help out.

Girl makes a comment about how she can't figure this out and so she thinks she'd have to visit me so I can help her with the work. She proceeds to asking her where I stay. Which I tell her.

So I ask her where does stay and she tells me, I then ask for her number which she gives.

I text her a few days later.

Me: Hey this is BobbyNoChase, do let me know when you need help with the prac work.

Her: Hey BobbyNoChase. Thanks. Willl do just that.

End of it.

She's the social media type, loves herself in front of the camera and always uploads tons of pics.

I'll be seeing her in the lab this Friday. The last lab session I will have with her this year.

Did I miss a chance? How do I salvage this?
