Well I just wanna raise SMW I had confidence issue in teen years and then I never thought about my mole. Last two days I am very concerned. I have been questioning everything from my physical appearance, if I made correct career choice etc

It’s all about confidence. If it bothers you consistently, see about getting it removed (consider the scar may be worse.) Otherwise, it’s 99% confidence and don’t think about it again.

I have a mole on my left cheek. Girls my age (im 17) likes it because it makes me unique. If they ask why you don't remove it you can lie and tell them that it's been in your family for generations or that other girls like it

I have a few acne craters on my cheeks along with a scar which runs along my left cheekbone from falling down on the pavement during a fight a while back. Chicks say these make me look “rugged”. The lesson here in this is to own your flaws and use them to your advantage.

If it bothers you get it fixed. Don’t think twice. Act. Action. Proactive. Embody these concepts. Women need permission. Men do as they please. Research the best doctors and move. Get a cosmetic surgeon not a dermatologist. Most derms are women. Surgeons are men predominantly. You want flawless results and should therefore seek out the skills of a male doctor. Be willing to pay for quality results. It’s your fucking face. My wife had a small mole by her eyebrow that I found unattractive and I don’t like how she looks with fringed bangs, so I set up the appointment and informed her on the way what we were doing that day. Results were impeccable.
