I'm 25 and I've been redpilled for almost 2 years and handling girls is not really a problem for me anymore, but I still have a problem with my mother.

Oftentimes she's trying to manipulate me, guilt trip me, crying in front of me etc. and my regular responses to shit tests are not always effective. I've tried AA, ignoring, sarcasm, calling her efforts directly and lots of times I've heard that "I shouldn't use that tone with her", "how dare you disrespect me like that after all we've done for you" (sometimes my father would also chip in).

Any advice how I could handle it better?

Personally the worst part about unplugging for me is how clearly now I can see the covert manipulation, my mother is doing on everyone. My father is the youngest sibling and he's letting her disrespect him, manipulate him, he rarely stands his ground during conversation. She's always deprecating all the family on my father's side (she's been doing the same to me - they all live few hours away and all of the family on my mother's side live nearby) and currently he doesn't want to visit them too often.

I know that women can be like that if you let them, but I can't help myself feeling angry at her (for dividing our family etc) and angry and contempt at my father, because he's letting her do it. I know that he's hopeless, he's even told me that I need to respect women more and that I always have to respect my mother, no matter what.
