So this post is gonna be kind of a mental masturbation. It's a red pill shower thought that I wanna get people's opinions on.

So, you know there's like a type of laughter that beta guys do where it's all goofy and giddy (alpha male strategies talks about this). It's that ungrounded uncontrolled nerd laughter that is unattractive to women.

Then there is also an "alpha" laugh which for example would be Denzel washington. just look up him laughing on youtube, it's a badass laugh. And i've noticed that alpha guys tend to have a badass laugh, it's got a weight to it, groundedness to it, it's kind of grandioise. It's not goofy and all over the place.

I was thinking about what the origin of these different types of laugh is, why do beta guys laugh in this goofy way cos I mean surely it can't be a bad thing to laugh either way, no one likes someone with a stick up their ass.

SO i was thinking about it and my theory is that basically, Beta guys have this uncontrolled goofy laugh, because underneath the surface they always have this underlying anxiety. This anxiety comes from quite literally knowing they are low in the dominance heirarchy. They feel they are not good enough, so they always have this anxiety under the surface.

Then what happens is that when they laugh, because laughter is a kind of release, a letting loose, an expression of emotion and inner state... their inner anxiety that they have been kind of pushing down, gets expressed in their laugh. That buzzing hum of anxiety that they have due to feeling like a bitch comes through in their laugh.

The funny part is that there is no faking it, You can't "laugh alpha". A beta laugh is just a by-product of being beta. It basically is just an example of your inner state being expressed and there is nothing you can do about it. The only solution is to feel and believe you are alpha, then it will come through in your laughter (and all your other emotional expressions frankly). Furthermore, I'm not saying an alpha guy can't have a crazy laughing fit and laugh his ass off, I'm just saying that when he does it, it won't have that 'unhinged, ungrounded, goofy' energy to it, cos HE is grounded.

In short.. beta guys have general lowkey anxiety, so when they do a big emotional expression like laughing hard, they laugh in a giddy uncontrolled way as a result of their anxiety, this looks very unattractive to women for obvious reasons.
