Night game. I've reached a point where I can regularly hit up on girls at bars/clubs and we start making out.

The problem is I don't really know how to escalate things into bringing girl back to my place and I'm struggling to find the missing piece here.

It feels like I'm waiting for too long and heat evaporates, while at the same time I don't want to appear desperate by suggesting too soon. That's problem one, looks rather simple and I can probably answer this myself - I can feel this is probably lack of experience and I will have to simply try and see about the timing. However, I'd still like to hear other opinions in regards to this.

Problem two is what is causing me most headache - simply suggesting to go back at my place sounds weak and kind of dumb. Am I overthinking here? I kind of feel like even if girl wanted to - she would put up her anti-slut defenses and simply say no, especially if we are having fun time at the bar. I wouldn't know how to proceed afterwards, but I can imagine even if I backed off and went in for second try after some time - I would come off as desperate.
