I am socially inept but I'm working on it guys. sorry for wall of text. I've been following trp the past two years, but just recently started making positive changes to my life. one of my biggest problems has been re integrating into society after spending 8 to 10 hours a day on my computer. I now notice that people stare at me , lots of times it's women who are decently attractive. I generally notice but never make eye contact. I don't know what to do in these situations.

for example, I open the door to walk into class, and I notice a chick looking at me and following my movements to my seat. I don't know what to do. I have a problem with eye contact in general I guess, I don't really know anything about eye contact. how do "normal" people do eye contact?

if you notice a woman looking at you, what do you do?

also today at the local burger joint, many woman who were already with men (standing next to their date!) were staring at me.

one girl , her date, and some random dude, were standing in line. the girl turns and looks at me, which I see out the corner of my eye , then turns and lifts her hands above her hair , pulling her shirt up . she had a nice ass definitely, but I also noticed the third wheel guy was dogging me out the entire time.
