Basically I recently broke up with my LTR for being too beta, long story short I sorted my shit out and she came running back, I have been applying all the things I've learned from TRP and she has been chasing me since, all good.

Problem is I just keep having these slip ups when trying to maintain frame, for example today she complained about me having a 'bad attitude' I saw the shit test coming so I ignored. Instantly she adopted a bad attitude and started being disrespectful back. Time passed and basically when it came to sex she wasn't interested using the excuse 'your not getting what you want, when you have a bad attitude' instead of me ignoring and leaving her house, I got butthurt and it ended up in a argument which means I lost frame.

Has anyone got any tips for me in these situations? I feel like this is a part of my game that is weak
