I've read up on the red pill teachings and I thought the idea of agree and amplify for passing shit tests was the best idea. I've been practicing by responding to shit tests with outrageous comments such as saying stuff like "I saved the president yesterday" or "I've had sex 4,000" times. However, I never could think of an agree and amplify response to a girl saying "you suck". For example, if you're just joking around with a girl and she says you suck in a sarcastic tone, what is the best way to respond? Also, is there any way or mind set that helps with agreeing and amplifying or is it just practice?
