I’ve been with my girlfriend for about 8 months now. Basically we just got into a argument. She said to me ‘you will get sex if your lucky’ (shit test) to which I broke frame and basically insulted her by saying I can get sex from other women, and I told her she was nothing and basically gave her a dirty look up and down as if to say you are trash. I also said ‘you are not princess you think you are’ and she told me to leave very angrily whilst crying and I left.

I know I lost my cool and failed a shit test massively. What should I do from here?
