Be careful. She's just had a kid, and obviously didn't work out with her ex. Who knows what she is looking for. Not saying she won't be a nice girl, but keep investment very low until you find out about her. Personal, I don't get involved with single mum's. It's a lot.of extra baggage.

You need a strong frame. If she is interested, you need to clearly assert your frame. What you want.

Also...don't go texting so much. This is said over and over and over. You communicate nothing but messages that work against you. You appear like you have time on your hands, you have scarcity, and are needy. Text small convos, leading to Logistics.

You cannot negotiate attraction via text. Your attempt.to look like a flirt...will come off as 'I have such scarcity, I need to flirt with a woman via a phone'. Only escalate in person, where you have a chance to be a physical. If she senses you will do it on the phone, less reason for her to meet.
