You aren't worried people will find out you WERE are pussy. You're worried people/you will figure out you STILL ARE a pussy. It's called imposter syndrome.

That means it isn’t the past. Nothing has changed - at best you have some new egoic self talk and you think you’ve “changed”. Also I would ask you to check your environment, it doesn’t sound like you’re living in an empowering space

You have not changed until you can choose to take different actions- and steer your life the way YOU want it to go, NOT the path of least emotional resistance/physical pain.

The good news is... the past is the past. No one has any clue how pathetic were until you show them.
