This chick is mad confusing. What should I do?

Slid in her DMs and we talked for a bit. She then told me to add her on snapchat, where we talked a bit more and then I asked her out. She said "I have other plans". Easy. Soft Next.

Over the course of a few weeks after that she tried to initiate conversation on snapchat a few times. I ignored it mostly but had a decent conversation once. Then went radio silent on her.

Two days ago she posts an ig "TBH?" (you like it and the she will dm you what she honestly thinks about you). I liked it and she dms "TBH you're cute and nice. We should get to know each other more." I said I agree and asked for her number. She gave it to me.

We text, she gives me a lot of text shit-tests. Pass em all and then she looses frame and says "Your flirting game too strong". We talk a bit more after (she even double texts because I didn't respond for a while because I was watching Shark Tank lol) and then last night I ask her out again and then no response. She then snapchats me "Good Morning" today. Wtf?

Not sure what to do here.
