And no, it hasn't mattered whatsoever. I had an IG and had 2k followers when my n-count was one. I deleted it and my n-count is roughly 25 now. No, I'm not saying at all that my n-count exploded because I deleted my IG. What I am saying is that clearly my IG status and my n-count were completely non-corollary

This is going to be met with a lot of controversy but you need Instagram. It is one of the best ways to passively spin plates.

I've put an absolute ton of work into my physique in the past 10 years (26 now and been lifting since 16). Whenever I post stories of me lifting I will usually get a strong response from both current plates and girls I haven't fucked yet. It's essentially thirst trapping girls. There's no other way you're going to be able to spin plates as effortlessly.

I dont have one. Kinda wish i made one tho before. I mean it doesnt make a difference in real life. If youre cold approaching, partying...etc it doesnt matter. Its just a force multiplier if you have a good IG profile that portrays you as high SMV.

The content on instagram is mostly blue pill garbage.

I'd only use it to vet a plate/ltr. You can learn a lot from their SM
