Looked in the mirror. Saw a shell of myself. A fucking loser. Realized I was living a avg lunch pail Larry lifestyle, and that in 10 years I’d probably still be working hourly wage. Don’t let fake hardos confuse you, the biggest guy in the gym has plenty of days where he would rather go home than hit 315 on the squat for 5 sets. As for motivation no one can fix that for you on reddit. If you’re not motivated you’ll never go. That being said if you start, and begin to see a difference in your physical appearance, along with the attraction from females you’ll most likely get hooked on the feeling.
