It's fucking bro science and bullshit through and through. Fapping is no problem at all as long as you don't suffer from porn addiction, in which case you should go and find the root for that problem anyways, instead of just trying to treat the symptoms.

You won't get magic superpowers from collecting your semen in your nutsack until you burst it into your pajamas one night.

Only thing nofap does for me is give me more focus and more confidence. Could me all in my head.
However, there's lots of dudes there that think they were "objectifying" women and ramble about some connection they feel with women they haven't even touched yet just by looking at them.
As with most things, take it with a grain of salt, try it and see what happens. But, at some point you may get very thirsty if you can't make anything happen.

This combination works fine for me. Many blue pill examples come from NoFap, because it's a place where guys focus only on girls (orbiters) and that's usually the only reason they quit fapping.

I don't think NoFap is that great. I certainly think porn addiction is a problem although even when I look at porn I still lift and can look people in the eye e.t.c. Maybe I'm not as addicted as other people though.

I recommend everyone to do a 90 day reboot at least once.. You'll need to find some type of willpower within your self
