I'm 24, have some experience with LTRs and PU.

During the past month I've been pushing it really hard, meeting new girls and asking them out, flirting etc...

I won't go into much detail but it seems that every girl is initially swept off but as time passes they wean off. They're super flirty and in person but then flake on dates. It's getting quite frustrating since it happens a lot.

I'm super confident, cocky and funny during the whole time but it just feels like they don't take me seriously - I do give off a genuine "player" vibe (always thought it's a good thing though), I never chase and always present myself as the prize.

People from the outside see me communicate with all these girls (at work for instance), and think I'm some pick up master but it all ends at flirting, teasing, and a scheduled date which gets cancelled.

I'm quite tired of this to be honest, haven't gotten laid in over a month and all these hot girls I'm talking to but not getting any is really messing with me.

Should I go monk mode? What to do?
