I work in an all female office where I was having a great time until our most recent addition: a warthog looking crazy.

Got on with her well in the start, but now that we have been asked to work as a team (4 of us) I have been exposed to this nutter’s inner psycho.

I’m pretty much leading the team atm and have to sit right next to this bike beast. I don’t want to ‘tattle tale’ that’s shes a piece of work but am thinking that putting some distance between myself and her is best for my own safety/mental.

Figured that asking to move seats do I don’t have to deal directly with her 90% of the day is a good start.

Any idea how I should be responding to her sporadic outbursts? I’ve been arguing her into submission buts it’s a waste of time at best
