I've noticed some completely weird frame weaknesses; I grew up in a tradcon conservative religious household, from birth, and one of the best things my father did for me was build my frame. Throughout my childhood to teen years (I'm 17) I endured constant mockery. I don't really mean endured, but I can't think of a better word. Stub your toe and fall on the floor crying? Correct response is to point and burst out laughing. Bang your head on a door in the morning? Point and laugh. Drop something and break it? "Nice dexterity, dumbass." He consistently mocked me for many of my issues (mild chub, short stature, relative weakness) and as such I don't mind it anymore. I have actually burst out laughing in front of a female's face. She just looked confused.
On to the point: I've noticed some weakness in my frame. I have great self confidence, I've got a job working for my dad, I can go out on the dance floor and not care at all, but odd things break my frame. While driving, I was coming up to a stale-green, and right as I was going through it the light turned yellow; I got through with zero issues at all, but I almost had a panic attack. I felt panic rising in my chest, a sense of dread, etc. I managed to get myself under control with no outward signs, but it was definitely a weird experience. I have mild anxiety, but never a panic attack before and never that bad. I have a gotten a traffic ticket before, but it was only about 150$.
How do I begin to address this? I have repeated the experience and done better, but each time I still feel the pull in my chest. I didn't even come close to running it, I didn't even see it turn red.
