She said she was unable to go out that weekend and her next week is chaotic (seemingly legit reason, and she is sort of reclusive and teaches a few hundred students), but she suggested next weekend. We setup to go out the following Sat.

TRP suggests txting is for logistics only, which I agree. However, should I make conversation with her over the week to demonstrate my interest, and/or to keep her attention on me? We already have a date setup, but I know women are capricious and are distracted by shinny objects.
