Opinion on Circumcision?

I consider it wrong. An entirely unnecessary procedure that can cause many complications, infection, and even death? Notwithstanding the fact that there are men who were circumcised who regret it being done and try to reverse it.

I don't like tradition for sake of tradition. I see no reason for cutting off something like that other than tradition, hence it makes no sense to me.

This has nothing to do with TRP though...

What's your stance on it and what did MRA feel about it?

I learned how to do it in med school, but I never will do it myself. It's a barbaric custom with no clear medical benefits, unfortunately if you speak out against it, you can be labeled anti-Semitic. The Jewish students supported it with a fanatic zeal.

If marijuana and prostitution are going to be illegal- even though they are basically harmless- then a practice as unnecessary and possibly harmful as circumcision should be outlawed until a man turns 18 and can make adult decisions.

I think it is totally wrong.

Medical reasons are totally different, your kid has a fucked up dick when he is born then get it fixed.

If you are doing it for ANY OTHER REASON you are MUTILATING a newborn baby. Straight up. If he wants it done when he is capable of making a choice for himself, he can.

I absolutely think it should be illegal.

I don't know why so many people are against it, im circumcised and I think its just fine. For the people saying their is no medical benefit maybe not, but from the few at my school that were not said they always had odor and cleanliness issues. Also I hear a circumcised penis feels better for both sexes.

I am uncircumcised because men in my culture do not do circumcision. Not for or against it, it's just not part of my culture.
