Never spend alone time with her, she'll just go on say and you tried to touch her something. Always make sure that her mother is with you. Her mother should punish her for this kind of behaviour, make sure that you are communicating properly with the mother and addressing the issue. This is the slightest of problems when you get into a relationship with a single mother.

Since she's 12, you can't really do much and if things come to that cut off your contact with the woman.

Dude. This is YOUR fucking house. You do not abandon your house.

Surely, they must have their own place, no? Go back to your house, and immediately start loading up their things. The only words out of your mouth should be "I am dropping your stuff off at your place." No talking. No arguing. Just silent action.

Its up to your girlfriend to crack the whip on her kid. And if her kid has this shitty attitude at 12 years old, its only going to get worse. You have the right to a peaceful life in your house. Your son also needs to learn how to stand up to abusive girls/women, and how to enforce healthy boundaries. If you don't take action soon, you'll be teaching him that taking abuse from women is OK.

This needs to get resolved FAST.

I imagine that you called her out authoritatively, you’re not her dad. It’s not your job to parent her. If you felt like something had to be done you should have told her mum

Also you shouldn’t have ‘had a massive go at her’. Let her mum do that

A 12 year old girl can’t be your arch nemesis. She shouldn’t have the power to make you decide to stop going there. She shouldn’t be able to make you lose your cool

Ok nevermind that. I would document everything she says even record it. Never spend alone time with her. She is already learning the ways of false accusations.

No woman is worth putting up with her kid.

I would put the onus on the woman you are dating. Be ready to break the chain if you two do not find an amicable solution. You will always have to deal with her kid.

Thanks for the reply, I hear what your saying,its not as easy as that, she is a horrible little girl that does what she likes and her mum tries to tell her and is ok for a day then turns into a nightmare again.

Her father is a complete beta that moved 200 miles just for "pussy" but comes and has them every two weeks for the weekend,he cant handle her.

Forgot to mention that she has a nanny that they look upon as more of a mother figure and she respects her more than her mum but even now shes had enough of her.

I'm more worried about the the fact she knows she can ruin my life with just words even if your proven not guilty, shit sticks.

OP you need to really assess if the relationship with the woman is worth having to handle the headache of the daughter?

If shes the kind of mother who has let her daughter turn into a brat I would have my doubts about the mother tbh, but assuming she is worth it the only way this is gonna get fixed is you make it clear to the mother that you want to be with her but if daughters attitude continues it will be deal-breaker. You want to stay with her but the only way that will happen is if the mother allows you to punish the daughter. She's 12 years old - shes got to learn to respect her elders from somewhere. Plus the 10 year old will also learn by example.

The mother and her father have obviously already failed to discipline her, so the only way this problem gets fixed is if you do it.
