Is that a thing ?

I've been told that I couldn't say "I disagree" to a potential client and I did that in a room full of important people.

I didn't even bat an eye when it happened and had forgotten about it. The fact that I was told makes me question if I did the right thing still by capturing their attention or if I actually blundered.
