Your brain literally releases the same chemicals meth, MDMA, heroin do in your brain when you are with this chick. However, unlike many of those drug withdrawals, you can do this one cold turkey. You cannot look at this bitch ever again or speak to her. If she reaches out to you, you have to ignore her. You can't look at any of her social media or talk to any of her friends. You can't say her name. You can't text her. You will feel like shit for the first week, but better from there on out. The important thing is - this bitch is no longer a part of your present and future life in any way - you must treat her as such.

The first week after you cut your oneitis off is the hardest, when you think of all the bullshit "she's the one" garbage. Once you make it through that, it only gets better. That is when you go out and fuck other girls. That'll reprogram your brain into having other women as options when it comes to bearing your children.

You gotta go cold turkey man. It's gonna suck, but these are the things that make you stronger

Im guessing you are fairly young, part of this feeling is a normal part of learning how life works. The solution is to improve yourself to the point where you attract better girls.
