I've soft next'ed several girls when they blow me off and then later, when I bump into them or they have an opportunity to initiate, they're all surprised that I haven't been in contact and suggest a meetup to catchup, which of course will be up to me to initiate, sometimes with another wishy washy response. I guess I could've just tried again at some point. Do you persist a bit or soft next at the first lukewarm response?
