Understand that showing affection is one of your best weapons. The trick is to show it after she does something for you. Take her up on her offer, tell her to wear something sexy or cook for you ( to make it feel like a mission to her ) then fuck her real good and then show some aftercare.

You don't need to care about her feelings and you're using her for her holes but you don't need to be a dick about it.

The mistake you made was to allow her to remain in a bad frame of mind. It is 100% within your power to make her feel at ease, happy, and you should have done so. Dont punish her for something you should have done. Now you should just tell her no big deal and ignore it like it never happened. 100% on you, and going forward you should always look at what you did before you look at what she did and try to make improvements from there

Jesus how low is her self esteem where she asks if you're going to leave her after a night of mediocre sex? Is she normally this hard on herself when she feels like she falls short? Not just with you but like at work and with friends too.

Not much info to go on but this feels like it's going to devolve into some serious attachment / crazy issues
