This is immature and foolish. My state is a carry permit state. I carry, my friends carry. We de-escalate as a matter of course. Do not “retaliate” an idiots’ words or actions - unless he is an actual threat to life or limb. Learn to let it go. A fight avoided is a fight won. Forget the pandemic currently going on but I really don’t think a lot of people understand how many others out there are armed and quiet and unassuming. Idiots seem to confuse manners with weakness at their own peril.

It’s impossible. There’s no such thing as in penetrable defense ..... the best you can do is try and not be the easiest target on your block. The best thing you can do is prepare for battle or conflict as a normal course of action and make it a hobby whether it’s fitness, martial arts or shooting simply make yourself very useful, and skilled and hope to never need the skills.

There are books/volumes of books written on financial protection and stability and strategy it’s not something you can get an a post and spiritually ? I mean come on dude how do you expect to get that from a post?

Focus on making yourself as strong as possible and the best version of yourself first. Then you’ll be in the best position to have enough capacity to help others and will actually learn some things along the way.

Yes. Each sub question is it’s own discipline with different masters different schools of thought different techniques different regimens.

But it all boils down to being a fully integrated man I go to several pistol-carbine shoot on the move classes throughout the United States a year. 80% of the people in these classes are either law-enforcement trainers to go back and train their forces, hostage rescue or socialists looking to “sharpen the saw”. 20% or a quarter of us or just enthusiastic civilians with enough budget to attend these types of classes have very few newbies as they require multiple days thousands of rounds and are not cheap.

Every now and again a guy shows up who is insecure or obese level overweight they’re both a complete impediment and sometimes They can’t even finish the shoot house session without being out of breath or cracking jokes at their missing the target and completely being the kind of person you do not want to be in a fire fight with. So being mentally and physically strong is important on the defense side being disciplined and understanding the value of compounding micro advancements is important on the financial side as well as the self-improvement side.
And the spiritual side can benefit from the type of to my Colette‘s and or meditation or centered Ness you get from being a thoughtful and present and mindful person.
