Been outside the night with some friends, met three girls through a friend (we’re all officer candidates in milltary) and we all kept spending the night together. Most of my friends then went back to our dorm, I spent some time dancing and drinking with the other two girls (the two said the third one was with some other guy at the moment). Fast forward, the third chick came to us, we kept drinking and we made out in the club. The kisses were very passionate, the other two girls have seen us making out. At 5 am, all 4 go back to our dorm with a cab, at this moment I‘ve been really drunk (the whole terrain is surveilled by cameras, so probably you can see me there throwing after getting out of the cab and doing some steps aside, the girls didn‘t see it I guess). Me and the third chick, and the other two girls part ways, because all of our rooms are differently located. Eventually, the third chick said she‘s going back to her room, I invite her back to my room, she accepts, we‘re making out heavily again (she touching my body and crotch) and we ended up on my bed. LMR occured, placed my hand on her vagina, she grabbed my hand and said „no“. We continued to made out, I placed my hand on her vagina again, and she said „no“ again. We did continue making out, then I stood up and went to bathroom and took a piss. I came back to her putting clothes on and wanting to leave, because I touched her and she did not give consent for that. We had no intercourse at any point. I bring her back to her room, and record our conversation during that, which shows that she was not blackout drunk that she could not take any more action. I insisted that I stopped after her telling me no, she said, yes, but after 20 minutes. I went back to my room and i immediately called a lawyer at 6 am. He told me to wait if the takes any action, and under no circumstances I should talk to anyone (superiors, police). Next day, we met up to talk about last night, I recorded the conversation again. She said that I crossed a border and she confessed that she came back to my room at 6 am on her own will, but still said I didn’t stop to place my hand on her after 10 minutes by this time. She tried to persecute my view about me behaving bad. I eventually apologized half-hearted (so maybe she wouldn‘t take any action) but persisted on my view that I stopped immediately.

What is your advice on situations like that? I‘m really thinking about this all the time for the last few days. Would you take some other legal action too?
