How do i deal with psycho coworkers?
I have one at my job, hes gay/bi and sometimes acts like hes in love with me, sometimes he acts angry, sometimes sad.

It like a rollercoaster to the max.

Hes kind of an ex alcoholic also.
He likes to spread gossips and rumors.

For sometime he was pissed of at me beacuse i was not responding at his messages...
i was not because i am scared and pissed off at the same time. We were friends but he started too much to be this gay-inlove-jelous friend, when he got drunk he was almost agressive and so on.
So i stopped talking to him.

Now hes acting all nice again, i just told that i will not talk to him, whats the point of beign friendly when i hear rumors in my company that his therapist told him im the cause of his misery and i am the psycho one..

How the hell do i deal with this?
