How do I come off as Dark Triad

I think you're missing the point, coming off like a psychopath is not what you want to do. Successful dark triads don't come off that way, they mask it. Otherwise you come off as a selfish dick with an inflated ego, defeating any benefit.

I think you'd be best served by working on all forms of conversation, not just those in a LTR. Go out and talk to people.

How do I come off as Dark Triad without looking like a social incompetent?

I occasionally go out with this one woman who talks nonsense constantly, she accused me multiple times of being shy or quiet on our first date. I had to take a business call in front of her (usually I try not to take calls while on a date because I find it rude when someone else does it) but this was an emergency, I answered and talked for about 15 minutes and spoke with confidence and some level of authority. When I hung up SHE was the one being shy, I think she realized that the reason I hadn't really been speaking much is because everything that came out of her mouth was gossipy, immature bullshit. We had sex later that night.
