mmmm. There are some things you can do to mitigate it.

Lead the whole interaction. Get her number, open the conversation, don't give her the ball, don't put yourself in a position where you'll wait for her contact unless you've decided she's not worth of the effort of gaming and maintaining contact and will only engage her if she reaches out, it means, give strong indicator of interest;
Set dates on whatsapp or snap, once you have prompt contact to her. whatsapp is better since you'll have her number. Forget the idea of talking through the app;
Set dates for the same day, the next day or the one after that in the worst case scenario. She'll agree to the date because there is enough attraction but it generates tension, too much anxiety and she'll quit;
Also about not setting dates over two days afterwards, you'll have to entertain some conversations to maintain her comfortable, and this has a knack to lower attraction levels. The less you need to text, the better.

Don't ever give her the ball, she won't make a play. If she makes a move, it'll be her responsibility, there will be pressure, and there are enough men relieving her from this for her to take interest in you.

But you gave her the ball.
The best you can do is forget about her and focus on other chicks, if she reaches out you have a first night lay in sight, if she doesn't you won't even remember her.
If she's too hot or you're in an slightly obsessive stage and can't get yourself to wait, you can take the lead again. Contact her and invite her out. You'll look a bit more needy, you'll lose some value, but if she's attracted enough she'll still meet.

Little bit of column A, little bit of column B maybe. Dont stress about it, women do it all the time, you just have to treat it like business: cut your losses and move on. If she does end up messaging you, great! But if you even deign responding it what happens after shouldn't concern you

The best thing to do is go on a date when you first open her. 100% success to not get a flake. If that's not possible, set up logistics right there, and not later.
