You choose your response and behavior. If she's not doing anything wrong and you still get mad then that's your problem. If she's doing shit wrong, and your not handling the situation, then that's your fault too.

Anyways yes, abundance mentality and high self worth goes a long way. You're the prize, if she fucks up it's her loss not yours. She's replaceable if things go south.

Maybe you're lacking self-worth? The nagging feeling you just can't put a finger on that you're afraid someone will steal either your GF or your plate? Another thought is that you are afraid of competing. If it's the first one, work on your self-esteem and the envy will probably go down gradually. If it's the second. What I learned in the short term I've been Redpilled it's that you should never, ever, shy away from competition. Sure you might lose your cool once in a while and make a complete fool of yourself, but at least you'll know what /not/ to do next time. And once you get a bit better at confrontation with another man you might not feel as envious as you know you are superior. Which in turn will help your game.
