Don’t think I can link here. I mainly eat grilled chichekn, steak, and salmon, various different vegetables, and mostly white rice and sweet potatoes. I also throw in many various different foods such as a rack of ribs, venison, tuna, and sushi but those are more occasional foods for me. I also eat a good amount of fruit and oatmeal in the mornings before my workout. I drink a ton of milk as well.
