Well first of all, talking to a woman [effectively] is like investing in the stock market. You “buy” when the stock is low and “sell” when the stock is high. What I mean is when you first start a conversation, the “stock” is low but after a bit it’ll pick up and that’s when you “sell” (leave). If you sit on it too long, it’ll go dry and boring she’ll associate that with you, stop replying, and be apprehensive to talk to you in the future. If you leave when the conversation is at its peak, you not only show that you’ve got better things to do than sit and entertain her all day but you also leave on a positive note that makes her want more. Odds are she’ll initiate the conversation next time. Also, the more you talk, the more common (less attractive) you appear. NEVER force a conversation, and don’t talk about yourself unless she INSISTS — still keep it vague.

The pullback method has to be subtle and calculated. You don’t just ghost the girl, you have to keep her chasing you by leaving tiny little hints that you’re into her. You want to make her curious and longing for your attention, not make her think you’re disinterested and rude. Girls are backwards as fuck, so when things are going really good, that’s when you want to take a couple steps back and just wait for her to come to you— she will. It’s like using gravity to make a ball move; you bend the surface in the direction that you want the ball to go. In this case, you want the ball always coming towards you, so you have to disturb the surface in front of you a little bit. Likewise, you can negatively manipulate the surface and cause the ball to go away from you by raising the surface in front of you — lingering too long and being boring and predictable. If you do it right, she’ll chase you till the end of her days. I’ve literally got like three girls that have been following me for several years now.

Pulling back is to create an air of mystery, self worth, and instill a sense of longing for you. You want her addicted to your attention, but if you give her too much of it she’ll be over you so you have to give it strategically. A lot of guys’ problems in relationships is they think the right way of doing things is to always give all of their undivided attention to their girls because that’s what they’re conditioned to believe, and their girls just get over that shit real quick. Because that tells them that they’ve got you by the balls, which is unattractive.

E.g. I wanted to go on a roadtrip. If she came she came. If not, whatever. I asked if she was coming, she hamster wheeled excuses. So I said, I'll roadtrip alone. Her hamster wheel started coming up with reasons to go at that point.

She withdraws sex, I withdraw attention and move on.

Pushing forward tells them, "I need you." Pulling back says, "I dont need you." You are, and should be, non-needy.

At any point, you can't fake it. You have to know your worth and be ready to walk. Trust me, the sex is never worth the headache. Just walk.

You're thinking of it the wrong way. It's not "how can I pretend to be alpha and trick a woman into thinking I'm one." Being an alpha male is an internal state of being. 1)believe you are an alpha male. 2)naturally behave like an alpha male

Work your ass off to become and maintain success financially. Work your ass off to become and maintain physical fitness.

Alpha males are physically and socially dominate. They value these things above all else.

If you're spending 60-80 hours on your fitness and finances, you won't have to play stupid beta male games. You will naturally not have time to text back immediately, hang out whenever she desires, etc.
