Hello, I am not sure if this is the right place for this kind of question, so mods I apologize and please don't ban me if it isn't. I'm just trying to learn. I have a question about back workouts. With chest/triceps, biceps & legs, I do my best to go to failure at 4 sets, 5 reps. With back however, I always feel like I'm doing something wrong. With the other muscles, you know your reaching failure because you are shaking and just can't do another rep. With my back however, it's just...different. I know my form is decent, and I'm not the guy who loads up weight and uses shitty form, I'm always controlled. I've been lifting for a week and I want to nip this in the bud. Does anyone else feel somewhat similar, like for back there isn't that struggle to reach failure like with the other muscles? Thanks for any advice!!!
