Hey guys, I have a question about a girl I work with. She is an HB9 and I'm objectively above average looking if i dress nicely. I've known her for a month and a half and the last two weeks I've been flirting heavily with her. I tease her and tell jokes and have been doing this for the past two weeks. She has been investing herself more and more in the banter, but there is one thing she does that I don't understand. She gets "maternal". She goes out of her way to remind me of things when I'm working on projects or just randomly stops by to ask how I'm doing and if I need help. Is this an IOI? I ask because I'm not sure if shes just trying to be nice. She even like, takes folders and delivers them for me, even when I tell her I can do it myself.
