I've recently been motivated to start lifting thanks to TRP. Before TRP, I was poisoned by the feminist agenda to think anyone who lifted was a shallow asshole who lifted only so they could get quick hookups with any chick. Anyway, I digress.

Basically, I've been playing tennis for years since I was 7 and I'm 16 now. Due to this, my right arm is physically stronger than the left. When I do bicep curls, I use 20 lbs for my left arm and 25 for my right. The thing is, I can do ~10 reps on my left at the moment and 7-8 on my right. With 20 lbs, I can easily do 12 reps with my right arm.

My first question is when I do more reps with my left hand, it gets more sore then when I do less reps with my right hand despite the difference in weight. Is this a problem?

My second question is, because of how my right arm is not sore after I do the fewer reps yet I still can not lift the weight again, is it a good idea to switch over to the lighter dumbell and continue lifting until my right arm also feels sore?
