Hey folks, I'm in a bit of a conundrum here. I am a college student, second semester sophomore, and the semester is coming to a close in about three weeks. There is this girl named Emily that I am interested in, lives on my floor, and has expressed signs of interest in me (body language, mostly) however her boyfriend is a lovable, social, (overweight) Korean guy who is a mentor and lives upstairs. How did this happen? Freshman year she was asked out by this random Black guy who she turned down, nobody approached her, asked her out, now she's dating the kind, caring beta mentor upstairs.

I'm going to be honest: I am viewed as an arrogant asshole, so I'm told. However I have the money and grades to back it up. Parents are both docs and I'm considering transferring to Brown University from my current state school. I bring that up to say that I'm not particularly liked for my attitude by most people in my dorm and she would probably get shit for dumping the mentor.

I've been feeling this way towards her for a few weeks though I've known her two years. We've been acquainted, apparently she liked me before but I never expressed interest. Anyways, her and I have been doing this group project for a few days, and one of the nights I was bored so I thought I'd fuck around with her and tell her my life story. We spent the hour talking about me, and ever since then her reaction towards me is completely different. She gives me this sexy smile every time I see her (compared to before, she would avoid eye contact), even while she's around her boyfriend. She won't say anything but the sexy smile appears; he says hello.

I was thinking of inviting her to sushi this weekend. I'm in a long distance relationship, she knows that because I told her. I'm hoping this will make her feel slightly more comfortable with an affair because she can pin it on me, and inviting her to sushi will just be seen as a friendly, social gesture until we get there of course and I game her.

Thoughts? I'll answer any questions in the comments. Also, please don't lecture me on morality. Don't care. I've already assessed the consequences of doing this and the possibility outweigh them.
