My SMV is pretty low, I'm in monk mode now and trying to increase my SMV. As a blue pill beta guy with low SMV, I had no plates in the past. I'm reading the sidebar and the other things about TRP. I'm planning to start game after monk mode. I have some questions.

  • I have no options. All girls I know are just a few coworkers. When I start to approach, any girl can notice that I have no options, because it's obvious. Is "pretending like you have options" a TRP recommendation? I don't like the idea "pretending like you have options". It can kill my self-respect.

  • I think dating apps won't work for me. I can't put a photo with a girl on Tinder or somewhere else because I don't know any girl to take a photo together.

  • I'm 23. People at my ages use social media. I also use it but just a few people follow me and maybe 1% of them are girls. I think I can lose my frame if I share my social media with potential plates because of my inactive profile.

I'd be appreciated for all your recommendations about my situation.
