You think girls in North America are friendly? Man they're ruthless to uglier beta guys. Guys in North America make the same bullshit excuses, that it's not the same in my city or women are mean. I live in Canada guess what, shit works the same here too. The only reason it will seem cringy is because all you see is yourself being lame. Guys that are attractive find women the same way all over the world. They walk up and say hello. Your country is no different than the next because talking to women is so basic and easy to do. You're complicating it so that you can blame an external force on your failures. Walk up say hello, be sexy by increasing your smv for example work out and that's it. If you think saying hello to a woman is cringy it's because you have never done it. It's the most basic thing in the world to do. Here's a cheat best way to approach a woman, best way to get everything going, walk up look her in the eyes (don't look down or away), say hey or if you are man enough say hey my name's Jim. If you can't do that it's literally a you problem not a women are different here problem.
