Hi all,

I've recently started going to the gym as a total skinny novice, running the GZCLP program. It's a linear progression program involving mainly the big compound lifts (squats, bench, DLs and OHP). There's some isolation exercises too that you can add in but I don't really do that except for cable rows and lat pulldowns.

My question is, if my program focuses mainly on these compound lifts, I understand it's good for obvious reasons, and I know I'll make gains, but without too many isolation exercises how will my results look down the line, aesthetics wise? Will I look developped enough or will some parts be obviously lagging and singled out?

Either way I plan on running my program for at least 5 months before changing anything but I was just curious about what will happen to me looks wise.
