I got this girls number at the bar like a month ago. We text for a bit then I ask if she wants to get drinks. She doesn’t reply. I wait about a week then text her again to try to make plans and no response. At this point I just took her number out of my phone.

Friday night (a few weeks later) I get a text “Hi! I’m a terrible person . What are you doing tonight”. Not recognizing the number I say “Hi, who is this?” she replies pretty quickly “Lmfaoooooo it’s [name] 😂😂”.

I had a plate coming over so I told her “Well I’m busy tonight, but I’m free tomorrow.” She read it that night and never replied. I already chalked her up as a loss so I don’t intend to text her again, but I want to hear an RP explanation for this behavior. My best guess is that she was either just horny and none of her regular guys were available or she’s trying to collect an orbiter.
