Whilst Red Pilled guys get a bad rep, this is not our sort of thing at all. Your ex is an abusive, obsessed man who needs a lot of help.
That being said, it's clear he likes playing with people. He plays his game well, so well, in fact, that its impossible to beat him at it. The only way to win is not to play, and move on. FFS, if a Facebook friend request can do this to you, you're not moving on. Block him on everything, don't let yourself think about him, and in a month he will be gone from your mind.
